After the ride we then had a sit down with the owner of the stables who told us stories about some of the horses and how they ended up there and this was while we were waiting for our lunches.
The food was amazing, we started with the sandwiches and bruschetta and all the seasonings are in-house which makes them even more special, but please do not misunderstand my over simplification, the chefs here have turned the food into art, I could go on and explain how the butter used to grill the sandwiches feels as if it was baked into them or how the seasoning in the bruschetta was as if there was a physics equation as to the ratio but I'm not going to do that, instead I implore you to go and try it out for yourself and then convey your words to me, maybe then I'll have something to say that doesn't take away any aspect of the food. Finally, we had some chai and pancakes to end our day. This place is really tranquil and away from all the noise and pollution, you can even taste the fresh air. I highly recommend visiting this place whenever you have a chance and you wont regret it.For those going there simply search for The stables Malawi on google maps or follow the location link I've posted here.
