Our stop today is a place called Game Haven lodge, its very close to the stables which I've written about in an earlier post. This place is a fantastic lodge located within a game park that is full of plant eating animals, Considering the prices in the hospitality department this place is very affordable albeit for a couple or even a family. And their packages are ridiculously generous ranging from K65000 to K90000 for a bed and breakfast including all their activities including golf.
This time around I will just upload photos and say whatever I can and try to keep it brief while trying my level best not to downplay how beautiful and tranquil this place is.
Okay lets get started.....
This image is the view from the Nyala rooms balconies which open up right next to the golf course, In my opinion these are the best placed rooms there but highly unfortunate if in a group because these are double occupancy rooms, waking up in the morning you head out to see the sunrise but not only do you get that but you can also see all the animals that are around the golf course usually feeding
This is the view from the restaurant, those cages around the trees are there to protect the trees from the animals that roam all over the lodge, and they are so free that the are no barriers fir the animals within the lodge
This image is also from the restaurant so not much is going to be said there.
This is the view of the gold course at one of the holes, not the best course in the world because the grass has a lot of ground patches but it has amazing views especially when the animals are around
This is the pool, its not very deep though but still a very beautiful place and luckily its right next to the restaurant so you can even get a table around here if the chairs don't do for you
These are some of the guys you should expect to see when you visit here
Now to explain the title, we actually went there for a day but ended up staying for 2 and the reason being because we had a prior reservation so we couldn't stay longer but if we didn't have that reservation we probably would have stayed longer.
